Do you offer event consultations?

We initially set up a phone call to get your full brief, before arranging a face-to-face consultation, dependant on your availability and location. We explore theme ideas and venue options based upon your preferences to find the best solution for you and your budget.

Can you provide ideas for wedding themes?

Should I have a wedding website?

Some of our clients like a more professional image surrounding their celebrations. We can create a bespoke registration website, rather than postal RSVPs, as well as an online gift list and information page to ensure your guests informed about all details of your big day. Post-event photos can also be uploaded to this site. This can be a great platform for communication and can ensure that no Chinese whisper style disasters ensue.

 

Who are the best caterers for my event?

Some venues will dictate that you must stick to their accredited suppliers, others can be more flexible.

Your choice is largely determined by budget in most cases. Consider also whether you wish to work with a supplier who uses organically sourced produce and uses sustainable practices, or whether you care more about the creativity of the menu. We have close relationships with a wide range of caterers from the traditional to the bizarre and inventive.

 

Can you make my wedding cake?

Yes! We have a direct partner who create the very best celebration and wedding cakes. These are always elegantly designed bespoke to your requirements.

 

Where can I book a celebrity appearance?

Allow us to speak directly to their management. Each individual will have a management agency and since we work with the largest on a regular basis, they offer us the most competitive rates.

 

Can you organise transport for my guests?

We would recommend looking for a venue within walking distance of your ceremony venue/church. However, we can provide chauffer driven cars, or executive coaches to transport your guests if this is not possible.

 

How can I keep my guests entertained?

We have access to a have range of entertainment options at trade prices including performers, impressionists, magicians, croupiers and casino equipment, photo booths, pick n mix stands, surprise dancing waiters, live bands, stilt walkers and a whole range of other surprises to suit any wedding theme! Once your theme is pinned down we can suggest your best options.

 

How much do you charge?

As our events are always bespoke, management fees will be discussed once the full brief is known and will depend upon the complexity of the event and in some cases, the number of guests attending. As a guide, we would recommend that you get in contact if your total wedding budget is above £20k as our fees can be between 8-20%. For other events we may be able to assist with smaller budgets than this.
